The Firm assists its clients in performing due diligence and feasibility studies relating to the prospective purchase of property and prepares sale and purchase agreements, escrow agreements, development agreements and related closing documents. In the area of construction, the Firm negotiates and drafts agreements with design professionals, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Throughout a construction project, the Firm provides representation on all manners of disputes that might arise during the project, including procurement, design or performance issues, payment disputes, bonding and insurance matters, safety issues, permitting and regulatory issues, termination, delay disputes and warranty matters.
